Guess the Nest is a Home Hunch game. Scores, guesses, comparison homes, and prices are provided for entertainment and pilot feedback, not as investment, lending, appraisal, or real-estate advice.

Home Hunch Platform

Home Hunch is the broker-facing platform behind Guess the Nest. Broker-facing dashboards, onboarding, readiness checks, Listing Perception Index reports, and Perception Forecast features are separate from ordinary consumer gameplay.

Home Hunch analytics are intended to measure aggregate consumer price perception under a controlled game presentation. They are not appraisals, CMAs, lending decisions, or brokerage advice.

Listings And Photos

Listing facts, prices, photos, credits, and links belong to their respective sources and rights holders. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or reuse listing content from Guess the Nest outside normal gameplay and sharing features.

Home Hunch and Guess the Nest should use listing content only when it is approved, licensed, or otherwise permitted for the intended game or broker-reporting use. Public portal availability does not by itself grant rights to display, cache, resize, or include listing photos in share cards.

Removals And Rights Changes

We may disable or remove listings, photos, cached variants, share cards, partner preview links, or public result pages when a rights holder, partner, or source agreement requires it.

Player Conduct

Do not abuse invite links, impersonate other players, attempt to access hidden target prices before reveal, or interfere with the service. We may remove accounts, matches, listings, or shared pages when needed for safety, rights, or reliability.

Pilot Status

The service may change while we validate the game loop, data rights, broker partnerships, and mobile app architecture.
