Privacy
Privacy basics for Guess the Nest by Home Hunch.
Reader file / privacy
Account Data
Guest accounts are temporary player identities. If you save an account, we store the username and email you provide so you can return to match history, profile stats, saved reactions, and shared results.
Guest accounts and their gameplay history are deleted after 30 days without activity. Anonymous listing-perception measurements may remain after the guest identity, session identifiers, matches, and guesses are removed.
You can delete your account from the profile page. Deleting your account removes your profile, matches, guesses, reactions, and match participation from Guess the Nest.
Gameplay Data
Home Hunch stores Guess the Nest guesses, scores, reactions, match participation, invite activity, and share activity so the game can show results, leaderboards, recaps, and pilot analytics.
Target prices are hidden from the pre-guess round payload and revealed only after a guess is submitted.
Brokerage And Analytics Data
Home Hunch may use approved listing data, gameplay events, listing clicks, issue reports, image reliability events, and aggregate guess outcomes to operate broker-facing readiness checks and pilot reports.
Future Home Hunch analytics should report aggregate listing perception and presentation signals, not sell player guesses as individual real-estate advice.
Listing And Location Data
Listing locations should be displayed at neighborhood or approximate map precision unless a data-rights agreement permits exact address display. Public share cards should avoid exact addresses.
Listing photos and facts are displayed only when they are approved, licensed, or otherwise permitted for the intended game use.
If listing rights change, cached photo variants and share-card eligibility should be revoked according to the source agreement and takedown process.
Operational Data
We may log technical events such as page views, image loading, invite opens, and errors to operate the service, improve performance, and verify readiness.
